Delete my account

Your account is yours. You can delete it at any time from the app, without writing to us and without giving a reason. Deletion is permanent.

From the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. "More" tab → "Account" section → "Delete my account" (also available in Settings › Account).
3. Type the confirmation word, then your password if your account has one (accounts created with Apple or Google do not).
4. Confirm: you are signed out immediately and the account is gone.

What gets deleted

Your profile and personal data are erased (email address, display name, bio, profile picture, pets, preferences), and your photos and videos are removed from our storage servers, originals and variants alike.

What remains: contributions that no longer identify you (a place listing improved by several members stays online, without your name), and data we are legally required to keep — technical logs and accounting records for any payment, for the statutory period.

No longer have access to the app?

Email us from the account's email address: we delete it after verification, within 30 days.
